Buying a New Home? Start off on the right foot.
Buying a new home can be exciting and overwhelming. Here is a quick checklist to make sure that your HVAC system keeps you comfortable all year long.
1.) Check into transferring the remainder of any manufacturer's warranty into your name. Often times manufacturers give you a small window of time to initiate that transfer, or lose the warranty. Give us a call for help with this process.
2.) Schedule a regular maintenance visit or sign up for our maintenance agreement. A regular maintenance visit from one of our expert technicians can go a long way toward avoiding the sudden expense and discomfort of an emergency breakdown. In addition to protecting your investment, you can rest assured that your family is safe, and that your system is operating at peak efficiency.
3.) Investigate the air quality of your home. Air that is dirty and full of particulates like pollen, mold, smoke, dust mites or pet dander can feel uncomfortable, cause breathing problems, and exacerbate existing respiratory problems like asthma and allergies. Do you have dry skin? That could be an indication of low humidity levels. We can share details and specifications of different air cleaners, dehumidifiers or humidifiers to improve your home's air quality.
